L’Association des amis du cap Tourmente offers the possibility to buy packages directly from its website. Take note of the following terms before buying any of our products.
Terms of use 1. Packages are offered as presented on our website. Additional delivery, products or services, must be purchased directly on the Reserve. 2. Packages are only valid on the date selected via the website. 3. Packages can only be purchase on the internet. 4. Take note that on certain dates, the height of tides may delay the beginning of the hunt trip in the morning or cause interruption during the day. 5. Have your PayPal transaction receipt (email) upon arrival to cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area. 6. Only the buyer and his three guests will be entitled to their hunting right. No resale or exchange will be tolerated. Regulations 1. It is mandatory that snow goose controlled hunting be done using non-toxic bullets (steel, bismuth, etc.) 2. No killing towards the river is tolerated by the law during spring. Only shots above or towards farmlands are authorized. 3. Buyer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations of Québec and Canada pertaining to the hunting of migratory birds. 4. Buyer must show a migratory bird hunting license as well as a game hunting license before beginning the hunt. Liability 1. L’Association des amis du cap Tourmente is committed to taking the necessary measures to insure hunting is done in a most secure environment. 2. L’Association des amis du cap Tourmente will not be held responsible for any accident caused by the handling of firearms by its customers or any accident relevant to this risky practice. 3. The customer has the responsibility to find out about and apply the regulations pertaining to the hunting of migratory birds. The customer who violates such regulations may see is right to hunt withdrawn automatically without any refund or exchange. 4. L’Association des amis du cap Tourmente will not be held responsible for the presence of game or weather conditions that can have an impact on the quality of the hunting experience. Conditions of purchase 1. L’Association is not responsible for the transaction fees charged by the credit services of its customers. 2. L’Association is committed to providing the products and services described in the packages as published on its website only if the customers respect the terms of use. Refund Policy 1. Hunting packages are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
